Anna Rita lies on the border of Tuscany and Umbria. From there you can visit large parts of Tuscany, including Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano and numerous typical little villages such as Panicale, But just as easily towns in Umbria like Cortona, Perugia, Orvieto and Castiglione del Lago. Anna Rita is also a short distance from 3 lakes: the lake of Trasimeno, the lake of Chiusi and the lake of Montepulciano.

Anna Rita has 8 homes (all with own entrance) spread over 3 buildings each holiday homes has table and chairs for eating outside. In the large property also available a swimming pool, tennis court, boules, ping pong and mountain bikes. There are different places where you can sit outside under the sun or in the shadow, and also communal spaces with table, chairs and barbecue/stone oven

The town Pozzuolo (resaurants, grocery and other shops) is only few hundred meters far away.
