Holiday home renters Casamerina is a vacation homes rental agency, we offer several kinds of acommodation such as villas, houses, apartements, country houses, farm houses and more. The properties are situated in different regions of Italy: Latium & Rome, Umbria, Tuscany. We are dutch but live in Italy from 1985 (our office is situated in southern Umbria, near Amelia), we know therefore the territory and the holiday homes well (all the properties has been visited by us and we have a direct contact with all the owners). For our clients this means that they can always take contact with a person who speaks english and Italian (they will have an easy and direct contact not only for the reservation of a holiday home but also in case of emergency during their stay). We don't offer other services (in compliance with the Italian Laws) such as booking of flight tickets, but we are always at guest's disposition for suggestions. All the holiday homes are presented with a complete overview of photographs, prices and characteristics (inside & outside amenities).
