Casal Grazia is situated between Monterosi (3 Kms far away) and the Bracciano lake (4 Kms far away), there is a large apartment for 8 persons on the second floor of the property while the ground floor has been subdivided in to 2 apartments. The property can also be rented by larger groups (max 16-20 persons). It this case villa, garden and pool are for private use of the guests. The country house is encircled by a large garden, in panoramic position there is also available to the guests a swimming pool open from the end of April until the end of September. Every apartment has of its own private terrace with barbecue and table/chairs to eat outside. It is possible to eat all together in the spacious living room located on the upper floor. If you would like to eat all together outside then you can use the large covered terrace. Restaurants and shops are 2/3 kms far away. There are some dogs in the garden, on request they can be enclosed in a fenced area of the garden.

Monterosi is situated 30 km above Rome and 5 km northeast of the lake of Bracciano. The position of the property is ideal for those who want to visit Rome but would like to stay in the countryside not too far from Rome and at the same time want to take advantage of the nearby lake of Bracciano with the charming little town of Trevignano romano, which reminds you of places by Lake Garda or want to visit lots of historic places like Ostia Antica, Viterbo, Tuscania, Bracciano, Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Both of the last two towns are mainly known for the Etruscan tombs and the museums with finds from the graves. Then there are various smaller places like Sutri and Calgata, situated in a panoramic tuff stone valley. If you want go to the centre of Rome with public transport, 3 Km from the property, you can take the bus which brings you (in approximately 35 minutes) to "Saxa Rubra", there is a bus every 30/40 minutes. From Saxa Rubra, with the underground railway, you can reach the several areas of Rome.

The golf field "Le Querce" (18 holes) is only few Kms away from the holiday homes.
