The villa is situated in on the border between Lazio and Umbria: 1 Km from the town of Attigliano, 80 km northern of Rome. It is an ideal point of departure to visit northern Lazio & Rome, southern Tuscany and Umbria. From the property in only 10 minutes driving you are on the highway Rome-Florence, there is a trainstation available 1 Kms far away, the train brings you in around 1 hour in Rome and 2 hours in Florence. The villa, situated in a peaceful position, has a large private garden with swimming pool for exclusive use of the clients.  It is composed of 3 units each with cooking corner and own covered terrace equipped with table and chairs for eating outside. It's also possible to rent the entire property as an independent villa (8/14 sleeping places). In this case it is possible to eat all together in the spacious living room located in the unit AT-CV-P4. If you would like to eat all together outside then you can use the large covered terrace situated in front of the swimming pool. Near to the pool also at guests disposition a barbecue and a stone oven.
