The house is situated around 5 kms from the town of Acquasparta (in the village shops and restaurants are present). The owner uses the adjacent house (this house has an own garden and entrance) and he doesn't uses the swimming pool for the privacy of the guests. From the property you are, by car, in 10 minutes on the motorway E45 Terni-Perugia. The house has 4 bedrooms (maximum 7 bed places + cot), 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. It is also possible to eat under the covered terrace or near the barbecue area. The swimming pool is 5x10 meter, depth min 1,2m and max 1,5m.
