The house lies around 5 kms from the town of Acquasparta. The owner uses the adjacent house (this house has an own garden and entrance) and he doesn't uses the swimming pool for the privacy of the guests. The house has 4 bedrooms (maximum 7 bed places + cot), 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. It is also possible to eat under the covered terrace or near the barbecue area. The swimming pool is 5x10 meter, depth min 1,2m and max 1,5m. Supermarkts and all the necessary shops are available in Acquasparta or in the charming town of San Gemini (6 kms from the property). The nearest restaurant lies in the charming village of Portaria (around 2 kms). The speedway E-45 Perugia-Terni is 14 kms from the property.

SOUTHERN/CENTRE UMBRIA

In many towns and villages you can taste local dishes or buy local wines and olive oil (generally of excellent quality). You can also easily visit – in day trips - famous towns and charming villages in the southern part of Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, San Giminiano, Pienza, Cortona, Sinalunga, etc. Many tourists visit also Rome from here (without staying in the city which is very hot in summer) once or more times. It is possible to go by car (journey of 1h-1h30) or by train from the stations of: Terni, Narni-Amelia, Orte & Orvieto.
