The area around Perugia is one of the best known for holidays in Central Italy when you want on the one hand to visit towns like Gubbio, Urbino, Perugia itself, Assisi, Spoleto, Spello and Todi and on the other hand also want to make a trip to the lake of Trasimeno or go into the mountains. It doesn't rank below Tuscany, which has a better known name as a holiday region but where sometimes you see one holiday farm after another.

This alonestanding villa lies around 27 km east of Perugia at a height of 660 metres. If you search privacy it is the just place for you, it stands completely on its own (there aren't other houses near the property). The villa is suitable for max 10 persons, especially for 2 families who want to go on holiday together. It has a private garden with pool, the pool area is completely fenced (usefull for families with little children). Some little shops are available in the village of Fratticiola Selvatica (2 kms from the property), there are different restaurants within 10 kms. There is a large shop center near Perugia (18 kms from the villa).
