The property is situated, in southern Umbria, 3 Kms from the town of Amelia (where shops are, banks, pharmacies, etc. are available) and is composed of 3 hamlets  situated inside large completely fenced park  inside where are at disposition of  the guests a swimming pool, 2  barbecue and different zones equipped with tables and chairs. One of the hamlets is inhabited by the owner while the other ones are rented to tourists for a total of 21 sleeping places.
The greatest hamlet is formed from 2 apartments (6+4 sleeps) with large covered portico, if necessary it can be rented together with the triple bedroom with bathroom suitable for disabled persons.
The other hamlet (6/8 sleeps) is formed, on the ground floor, by two bedrooms (both with independent entry) each with own bathroom while an apartment formed by dining room/cooking corner, bedroom and bathroom is available on the first floor.

There is also a large dining room available where the guests, on reservation, can have a lunch or dinner.
