The villa is ideally positioned in the heart of the Tuscan hills (12 Kms from the city of Arezzo), at 400 meters above the sea level, in a very quiet place and a nice panoramic view. The villa has a 450 square meters private garden (full of olive trees, cypress, etc.) with private car park for up to 4 cars.
