Villa Camilla is situated in an ideal position: 200 meters away from the lake/beach of Bracciano, 40 km from the center of Rome, 50 km from the airport Fiumicino, 25 km from the sea. On foot it is possible to reach sport facilities where you can enjoy tennis, beach volley, minigolf, swimming and mini-soccer. The sand beach is just 200m far away, here you can find also different restaurants, bars and shops. From May until September, it’s possible to carry out a nice trip by boat (departing point 500m from the villa), having the chance to visit also the other two villages on the lake, Anguillara and Trevignano Romano. It’s also possible, nearby, to rent horses for excursions in the forest is. A stay in Villa Camilla is recommended for those who want to visit Rome but would like to stay in the countryside not too far from Rome, and those who want to take advantage of the nearby lake of Bracciano with the charming little town of Trevignano, which reminds you of places by Lake Garda, and also want to visit lots of historic places like Ostia Antica to the west of Rome, Viterbo, Tuscania, Bracciano, Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Both of the last two towns are mainly known for the Etruscan tombs and the museums with finds from the graves. Then there are various smaller places like Sutri and Calgata, situated in a panoramic tuff stone valley. The golf field "Le Querce" (18 holes) is only 20 kms far away from the property and the thermal garden of Stigliano are 15 km far away. If you want go to the centre of Rome with public transport: the railway station is 1,5 kms far from the villa, the train brings you in 40 minutes to the center of Rome. In the summer a bus service is available that connects the beach of Bracciano with the trainstation (there is a busstop near the villa).

The villa: 

The villa is situated, in panoramic position (with view of the lake and the castle of Bracciano) and it has a great private garden. A part of the villa is inhabited by the owners while the other one (with own entry, situated in the bedroom with 2 single beds) is rented and and can accommodate up to 10 people. The guests have an own zone inside the great garden, so they have enough privacy. The 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are situated in the main home while the dining room with kitchen, divanbed and bathroom are in the cottage (5 meters from the villa).
