The property lies in the centre of Tuscany at 20 km from Lucca, 50 kms from Florence, Pisa and beaches. The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, all are equipped with air conditioning. One has a king bed, a single bed and a baby cot. The other two bedrooms have a double bed and 2 single beds (it is possible to ad an extra bed in the last room). There are 2 bathroom with toilet/shower on the first floor (one is very small). If you are 2 families with 5 children, it is possible to put another extra bed in the hallway next to the bedrooms or one of the children can sleep in the sofa bed on the ground floor. Restaurant/pizzeria, grocey store, butcher and bar 1 km far away, more restaurants and shops available in the towns of Chiesina Uzzanese (5 Kms) and Fucecchio (11 kms).
