The house lies in a beautiful area of the Tuscany, surrounded by olive
grove hills and green thick woods of pine trees; near to the most
important art city of Italy (Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa,
Lucca) and to the Versilia coast. The location and altitude of about
300m on the sea level, guarants a mild and agreeable climate in every
season. It lies in a panoramic location, at 1,9 Kms from the town of
Buti. It is a very quiet location
and it offers also a lot of privacy to the tenant. In front of the house
there is a
terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat outdoor, to cook there is
also a barbecue available. The 10x4 meter pool is for private use of the
tenant. From both the terrace and the pool area you can enjoy from a
fantastic panoramic view. In and around Buti there are all the necessary
shops and different restaurants/pizzeria/bars. Minimarket and baker are
available in the central square (piazza Garibaldi), on monday morning
it's also the market place. Supermarket available at 5 kms. Adviced
restaurants/pizzeria's: Al vecchio molino, Le mangiatoie da Tormento,
Trattoria Pacci, La Grotta, I maggi. Tennis fields available at 7 kms.

It is an ideal departing point to visit the most beautiful cities of Tuscany,
for a day at the beach (30 Kms from the villa) or in the mountains
(the mountain of Abetone 1400-1900 meters high is 80 Kms far away, in
the winter it is also possible to ski there). Beautiful and nice
town/villages we advice to visit (accessible all in max 1 hour): nearby
Lucca and Bagni di Lucca, San Miniato and Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa.
Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano and Certaldo to the south/southeast. The
beautiful villages of Lerici and Portovenere on the coast in southern
Liguria. For a day at the beach (sandbeaches) Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio.
At 1h30 the mountainous region of Garfagnana north of Lucca, and at 2 hours
driving the Mount Abetone 1400-1900 a.s.l., in winter it is possible to ski
there or - to walk in the woods - in the summer.

Route d'accès:
Veuillez noter que la route de Buti à la maison (1,5 km) comporte 500
mètres de route escarpée avec 3 virages en épingle à cheveux et 900
mètres de route en gravier. Nous ne suggérons pas de venir avec des
voitures de sport ou des caravanes. Sauf Ferrari et autres voitures de
sport similaires, pas de problemes pour monter avec les autres voitures.
La route est à une voie pour 700 mètres et plus étroite pour les dernier
200 mètres. Si vous croisez une autre voiture, l'une d'elles doit
retourner à la première éspace disponible. La route est utilisée par les
propriétaires / invités de 5 maisons, donc c'est une route avec peu de
circulation. Le conductuer doit avoir un minimum de familiarité avec les
manœuvres
