The house lies in a beautiful zone of the Tuscany, surrounded by olive grove hills and green thick woods of pine trees; near to the most important art city of Italy (Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca) and to the Versilia coast. The position and the altitude of about 300m on the sea level, guarantee a mild and agreeable climate in every season. Situated in a panoramic position, it lies 1,5 from the town of Buti (of which 700 meter not asphalted road). It is a quiet location that provides also the necessary privacy the guests need. The house has a terrace equipped with table and chairs to eat ouside, to cook there is also a barbecue available. There is also a jacuzzi (only cold water) suitable for 5 persons. In the town of Buti there are all the necessary shops and different restaurants/pizzeria/bars.

Nearest golf clubs: Cosmopolitan golf (18 holes situated near Pisa), Tirrenia Golf Club (9 holes situated near Pisa), Fontevivo golf club  (9 holes situated near Pisa), Golf Club Castelfalfi (18 hole, situated near Florence), Poggio de' Medici golf (18 hole, situated near Florence), Le Pavoniere golf (18 hole, situated near Prato).
